Strata Titling & Strata Subdivision
In order to create separate titles for a new dual occupancy, villa, townhouse or unit development a strata plan will need to be prepared.
JRK Surveys can arrange for the development application or complying development certificate for the in principle approval for your proposed strata plan. Once approved the final strata plan will be finalised satisfying any relevant development consent conditions.
We have prepared strata plans for simple dual occupancies, to multi unit townhouse and industrial developments and mixed use buildings.
We have also prepared strata subdivision plans to enable the subdivision of existing strata lots within existing residential complexes.
